Day 7 of the 30 day Vidtember challenge. And as it’s Sunday I thought I’d chat about spirituality in today’s video.  Nothing too heavy – just a few of my thoughts about ways in which we connect to our spiritual side. And I’m wondering where you get your spirituality input from.

You also get to hear some loud sound effects in today’s video – except they’re not really effects as they’re totally real.  I didn’t realise quite how loud they would be until I got home, but hopefully they add to the atmosphere – you’ll hear what I mean!
