What gets in the way of you achieving what you want to achieve or change what you want to change?
Chances are it’s your limiting beliefs – if you’re like me and almost every human being alive.
This is the self-talk that can stop us doing what we want to do – casting doubt on our ability or bringing up fears of failure or success or anything else!
We all have them. These self-beliefs that limit our capacity to change – hence the term limiting beliefs – and in today’s video I’m talking about finding your limiting beliefs.
And how finding your limiting beliefs is step 2 (after setting your vision and goals) to developing changeability and getting the changes you want in life and business.
