Positive affirmations are a powerful tool and technique when it comes to managing your mind.
They are positive, specific statements that focus you on the self-beliefs, behaviours and characteristics you need to achieve your goals and live the life you want.
The idea behind affirmations is that through repetition you gradually implant them into your subconscious mind.
They help you manage your mind by exerting a positive influence on the way you think about yourself, and in turn the way you act. And in doing so, positive affirmations help to counteract the self-sabotaging, negative affirmations and thoughts that get in the way of achieving your desires and intentions.
