Mindfulness Walking
Do you sometimes go for a what should be a lovely walk – and at the end of it realise you haven’t really taken in any of your surroundings?
Or you rush through town on your way to work or doing shopping and realise you haven’t taken any notice of all the people or shops and buildings you’ve passed along the way.
If so, you’re like me and millions of others who spend our time immersed in our thoughts and to do lists.
This is what I talk about in today’s video. About how sometimes we can make a conscious decision to be aware of what’s going on around us. So instead of a rush or a distracted we go on a mindful walk – one where we and get in the mindfulness moment.
