Have you ever thought you’d like to change your life, or indeed said ‘I’d like to change my life but I don’t know where to start’? So how do you start to change your life?
One of the first steps in ‘how to change your life’ is to decide what it is that you want to change. It might sound a bit obvious when you put it like this but although many of us are uneasy about an aspect(s) of our lives, or have some sense that there is more to life than this, very few take the time to stop and work through these thoughts.
